1. Water inlet area.
Basically what happens here is the suction, compression and delivery of raw materials. If you want to have distinctive commodity
characteristics, you can choose to add additives at this stage. The resin is fed into the FEP tube extruder by the hopper and into the
screw by the feed pipe. Then the screw will move the raw material forward. The amount of suction depends on several factors,
including screw speed and FEP resin density. It also depends on the channel depth and pitch of the screw.
2. Melting zone.
Once the material is in the screw, the extrusion process begins. The screw is constantly pushing the resin forward. When this
happens, friction occurs between the material and the bucket, causing the resin to melt. Get extra heat from the heater under the
bucket. This ensures complete melting of the resin. The friction and pressure inside the bucket increases as the FEP resin moves
forward.

3. Measurement area.
Once the polymer is melted, it is removed from the extruder by a broken plate with a screen. Melting of unmelted particles in the
molten zone also occurs here. This ensures the uniformity of the molten resin. To achieve plastic uniformity of FEP, the number of
screens and the porosity of the screens can be controlled. The high pressure here allows the FEP molten polymer to be extruded

4. Cooling area.
The FEP moves to the cooling zone, where it cools. You can use two types of cooling systems. There are air and water cooling
systems. FEP products will slowly cool, depending on the type of cooling system you use. This gives the FEP product the perfect
