  PVDF tube

  PVDF tube (polyvinylidene fluoride tube) has tightly arranged molecular chains, strong hydrogen bonds, natural flame resistance, crystallinity 65%~78%, long-term use temperature -40~150℃. Its outstanding features are high mechanical strength, good radiation resistance, and can be used outdoors for a long time without maintenance. It has good chemical stability and is not corroded by acids, alkalis, strong oxidants and halogens at room temperature. It is widely used in petrochemical, electronic and electrical, steel plant pickling, acid and alkali liquid transportation.

  Features of PVDF tube:

  1 Very good chemical resistance, not corroded by acids, alkalis, strong oxidants, and halogens at room temperature.

  2 High impact resistance, wear resistance, creep resistance, high mechanical strength and good toughness.

  3 Good heat resistance, non-combustibility, long-term use temperature -40~150℃, and high dielectric strength.

  4 It has outstanding weathering resistance, ozone resistance, UV resistance and nuclear radiation resistance.
