1. Causes of screw wear of PFA extruder:
The normal wear of screw and barrel of PFA tube extruder mainly occurs in feeding area and measuring area. Wear is mainly due to dry friction of chip particles against the metal surface. As the chips soften with heat, wear decreases. When the screw is locked by loops and foreign objects, the screw will wear abnormally. 2.PFA extruder screw wear solution:

First, the outer surface of the worn screw is ground to about 1.5mm, and then the alloy layer is covered to enough size to ensure sufficient processing allowance, and then the outer circumference of the screw and the side of the screw are ground to the original size.
