Our PFA tube extruder will not start production for a long time during various holidays, especially during the Spring Festival. Then how to maintain it during this period?
1. Comprehensively clean the dust on the electrical components in the electrical control box, especially the governor, frequency converter and PLC. Compressed air can be used to blow the elements inside, but remember not to have water. At the same time, pay attention to the blowing force, to prevent excessive atmospheric pressure damage parts.
2. Record each rated parameter in the computer screen, and also use the mobile phone to take photos, so that it is convenient to check before the next boot, if there is a difference, according to the recorded data entry.
3. Before restarting after the festival, use a multimeter to measure whether the three-phase wire and the three-phase wire are short circuit to the ground.
4. To prevent the pump blades from rusting, drain water from the air vacuum pump after the device is shut down.
5. The gearbox oil should be changed every 4000~5000 hours, at least once a year, and the equipment spot check should be recorded.
6. Before starting, check whether there is sufficient lubricant in the active parts of each equipment. Especially roller, bearing, guide rod, guide column and other parts that are often in operation, to prevent the moving parts from getting stuck due to low temperature deformation, affecting normal production. Bearings, cardan shafts, etc., should be refueled regularly.

7. The hydraulic system needs to replace the oil filter element every six months, and the energy storage tank needs to check the pressure regularly.
8. Pay attention to the maintenance of electrical equipment, periodically check the components in the electric cabinet, and timely replace the aging or poorly contacted components.
9. Every three months should check the coaxiality and wear of the rubber pad in the connecting shaft.
10. Please check the tightening of various belt, chain and other transmission parts. Low temperature may destroy the original tightening balance.
11. Make spot inspection cards and hang them around the equipment for each spot inspection so as to periodically check the spot inspection and avoid equipment failure caused by missing equipment that may affect production.
12. During the Spring Festival, the overall temperature is low and the shutdown time during the holidays is long. Customers in the north must put the equipment in the water before the holidays to avoid freezing (cracking).
