In the past few years of manufacturing PFA tubes, we have encountered many production problems of PFA tubes, which have more or less troubled our peers. In several of the PFA tube production lines we sold, customers also gave feedback on some difficulties in production. We summarize these difficulties as follows:
Pipe extruder PFA.
First, PFA pipe, the appearance of corrugated.
Cause:
1.PFA accumulation, uneven overflow around the extruder die.
2. High water temperature and cooling.
3. The amount of water spraying is small, and the diameter setting is not uniform.
4.PFA extruder tube speed is not stable.
The solution:
1. Check the electric heating ring of the mouth die.
2. Reduce the water temperature or add cooling water.
3. Increase the amount of water spraying, clean the surrounding diameter sleeve water spraying.

2. There are cracks in the inner wall of PFA pipeline.
Cause:
1. PFA material with impurities.
2. The front or nose of the fuselage is too low.
3. The core mold temperature is too low.
4. Too much traction.
The solution:
1. Replace PFA raw materials.
2. Increase the production and processing temperature.
3. Increase the core mold temperature.
4. Traction speed is reduced.
