2. Check the tool screws regularly. After using the new machine for 1 hour, fix the tool with the tool, fix the fixability between the screw and the tool holder. Bearings should be lubricated regularly to ensure lubrication between bearings. In order to ensure the sharpness of the cutting tool, the cutting tool should be checked regularly to ensure its sharpness and reduce the unnecessary damage to other parts caused by the blunt defect of the blade. Check the belt regularly for looseness and tighten it in time.

3. Before restarting the reinforcing blade for the second time, the residual debris in the room should be removed first to reduce the starting resistance. Because the crusher chamber will discharge powder into the rotating shaft bearing, the ash outlet under the flange should be periodically opened inertia and belt pulley housing.

4. When changing parts and tools, the gap between moving tool and fixed tool: 0.8MM is recommended for crushers with more than 20HP, and 0.5MM for crushers with less than 20HP. The thinner the re-raw material is, the gap can be properly expanded.
