One,Actual operation mode of extruder:

Operators must be familiar with the structural characteristics of their own operation of the extruder, especially to properly grasp the

structural characteristics of the screw, heating and cooling control instrument characteristics, head characteristics and assembly

conditions, so as to facilitate the proper grasp of the extruder processing standards, appropriate actual operation of the machine

Two,Preparation of FEP tube extruder before operation.

(1) FEP raw materials for extrusion molding shall meet the required drying requirements, and further drying shall be carried out if

necessary. Raw materials should be screened to remove bulk particles and mechanical impurities.

(2) Check whether the water, electricity and gas systems in the equipment are normal to ensure that the water and gas channels are

smooth, the electrical system is normal, and the heating system, temperature control and various instruments are reliable; Assist the

machine to run the empty car at low speed and observe the normal operation of the equipment; Start the vacuum pump of the

setting table and observe that everything is working normally. In a variety of equipment in the embellishment of refueling

embellishment. If a fault is found, remove it immediately.

(3) Installation of head and styling sleeve. Head specifications should be selected according to the type and size of the product.

Three,The installation of the head shall be carried out in the following order.

① The nose is assembled together and installed on the FEP tube extruder as a whole.

(2) Before assembling the head, please wipe off the grease on the preservation, carefully check whether there are scars, rust spots,

necessary grinding on the surface of the cavity, and apply silicone oil on the flowing road surface.

③ Assemble each plate of the head in sequence, apply the high-temperature grease to the bolt threads, and tighten the bolts and

flanges.

(4) A porous plate is placed between the flange of the head to ensure that the porous plate is pressed tightly and does not overflow.

⑤ Adjust the horizontal position of the opening die, adjust the level of the square head, and then tighten the fastening bolts of the

connecting flange between the head and the FEP tube extruder. The circular head is adjusted according to the rubber bottom

surface of the molding model.

⑥ Tighten the connection flange bolt, tighten the head, screw back the bolt, install the heating ring and thermocouple, pay

attention to the heating ring should be close to the surface of the head.

⑦ Install the shaping sleeve and adjust in place, check the host, shaping sleeve is aligned with the tractor line. After adjustment,

tighten the fixing bolts. Connect the water pipe with the fixed sleeve and the vacuum pipe.

⑧ Open the heating power supply, simple and even heating the heating head and machine. Open the inlet valve of the cooling

water and exhaust vacuum pump at the bottom of the hopper and gearbox.

When heating, the temperature of each section is adjusted to 320℃, and then kept for 30-40 minutes when it rises to 320℃, and

then rises to the temperature of normal production. When the temperature rises to normal production, keep about 10 minutes, so

that the temperature of each section of the machine is stable, before driving production. According to the extruder and plastic

material variety, the holding time is different. Hold heat for a period of time, so that the internal and external temperature of the

machine is consistent, so as to avoid the temperature indicated by the instrument reaching the required temperature, but the actual

temperature is low. At this point, if the material is put into the FEP tube extruder, the actual temperature will be too low, resulting in

overload damage to the axial force of the machine.
