FEP stick
FEP rod is a new type of crystalline perfluorocarbon polymer, a modified product of polytetrafluoroethylene. Its long-term use temperature is -80∽200℃, and it has excellent chemical stability and prominent surface irregularities. Viscosity, low temperature mechanical strength, electrical insulation, air tightness, crease resistance, and very low water absorption and friction coefficient, the life of exposure to the atmosphere can exceed 50 years.
Main performance
1. Appearance: uniform texture, flat and smooth surface; no bubbles, cracks, delamination, flow marks, severe depressions and mechanical scratches are allowed.
